2 ton mini-split. 208/230V Mini Split Air Conditioner for rooms up to 1,200 sq ft. Mini split systems have two main components: an outdoor compressor/condenser, and an indoor air-handling unit.
Ductless, mini split-system air-conditioners have numerous potential applications. The most common applications are in multifamily housing or as add-ons to houses with "non-ducted" heating systems, such as hydronic, radiant panels, and space heaters. They can also be a good choice for room additions and small apartments, where extending or installing distribution ductwork (for a central air-conditioner) is not feasible. The main advantages of mini splits are their small size and flexibility for zoning or heating and cooling individual rooms.
