Sunpentwn 2 Year Ext. Warranty (Air Conditioner)

This extended warranty service plan extends the terms of the manufacturer's warranty by two years and is written by the manufacturer(Sunpentwn). Note: the warranty is not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

This warranty covers 100% of parts and labor and the air conditioner will be replaced if irreparable. Your extended service plan does not cover any of the following situations:

1. Damage to a non-operating part

2. Damage to any part that is designed to be replaced periodically throughout the life cycle of the appliance(ie coolant and filter)

3. Damage resulting from fire, flooding, sand, lightning, etc

4. Damage resulting from improper maintenance or lack of compliance with manufacturer-suggested maintenance.

The warranty is covered by Sunpentwn and the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the product to Sunpentwn. Sunpentwn will pay the shipping fees to return the product to the customer. Sunpentwn will provide a document with the terms and conditions as well as the service contact information.
