No condensation reservoir required. SoleusAir MAC-12K 12,000 BTU Mobile Air Conditioner with heater and remote control. New technology of flowing air over condenser coil allows condensation to evaporate entirely.

Emergency auxiliary drain provided for backup to prevent any potential water damage. Today's homes are built tighter for energy efficiency, but trap in millions of irritating microscopic particles as a result. Our unit provides a true air filtration system by drawing in fresh air through the intake duct and eliminating stale air through a separate exhaust duct. The fresh air is also drawn through a washable filter to remove impurities and create even cleaner air. On board and remote controls featuring an 'energy saving' 24 hours single setting for power on and time off.

Note: The window kit is not designed to work with casement windows (windows that crank out).
